The Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS - Kuwait city) staff parking lot. The buildings in the background are the Chamber of Commerce, 3 banks etc. etc. PIFSS site: www.pifss.gov.kw. This is, supposedly, a temporary parking space for the PIFSS' staff.

That is huge! Are all parking lots covered in Kuwait? (given that the Sun is so hot)
Hyderabad, not all parking lots are covered. They are also building us a 3 floor parking building next to the office with an underground way into the office.
