  1. That seems like a lovely and well manicured park, but it seems like it needs more grass.

  2. It's not a park. It's just for show. :-)

  5. for show or a park, open spaces that are not parking lots are nice in the heart of the city. It looks very nice.

  6. Very neat and clean. Looks like there is a mosque across the street. I wonder what is underground - there is a staircase going down...

  7. Wow, that is a great shot. So, where did you snap it from, Olive? Is this the view from your office, perhaps? Is this blog, and the pictures you take, anything you have to worry about getting in trouble for?
    Thanks,
    Wayne

  9. Hydrebad, you have eagle eyes! I'm maha impressed. It is indeed a staircase. It's an underground path to cross and come up on the other side.

  10. Wayne, actaully I clicked the pic from a 2nd floor parking lot. My office is 2 kms away from here.

So far, I haven't got into trouble for clicking any pics. In any case, I just shoot and run!!!

  14. I had guessed that it could be an underground pedestrian crossing, but it seemed somewhat away from the street....

  15. This is cool. I guess in the middle of a desert a big park with lawns would be a bit impractical, this is a good alternative. Olive, nice name, I've wondered what the oj stood for!
