3 horses

There were 3 horses in the Chalet. We couldn't ride them and were too afraid to pet them. The white one, the caretaker told us, is quite crazy. Yet, he looked saner than my ex-boss. (That's another blog post in itself!)

When I aimed to click this pic, he stomped his feet, swished his tail at a frantic pace, and flared his nostrils (in this instance, the horse, not the ex-boss. The similarities, though, were astounding!). Quite rude of him to show me his behind. Obviously I'm not his type! Methinks he needs a training course on how to treat a dishy lady (if I say so myself!) with a camera!

Nice photos of the horses Web. It's a shame you could not ride them. I bet they love running on the beach! And I bet they are more polite (well, except the white one) than camels.
Thanks,
Wayne

The horse in the first photo looks beautiful. You're funny in comparing the crazy horse with your ex-boss. It reminds me of the street musician I was trying to photograph last weekend. He kept turning around and around so I could not snap a picture of his face, just his behind and I didn't want that.

I absolulely loved your descriptions of the horses' characters (and the ex-boss!), and I really liked the photos you've posted of them (not the ex-boss...)

We've all had a boss that reminds us of an unruly animal! I don't trust horses (a bit like my current boss!).

I like the top photo best--that horse looks so curious about what's going on outside the stall.

Beautiful horses. The white one is saying 'I don't want my photo taken!'

Thanks so much for your visit to Menton DP - and Monte Carlo DP. We have the Arabian Horse Fair each summer in Menton, and always have beautiful horses that arrive from Kuwait. You probably know of them.
