Port Building
The Shuwaikh Sea Port building. Although it was just 4:30 p.m., it was getting dark pretty fast. Had to cut short our walk as it started raining too. The rainy season in Kuwait is December, January and February.
with so much use of glass, the air-conditioning systems would have to be gigantic. is there even a single building that is not air-conditioned? do any of them use any natural, non-mechanical ventilation methods, like wind-towers? i'm an architecture student, hence the interest. Mindless Mumbai

Dear Web, this building it's the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation .. it's a twin tower . for both the Ministry of Oil and the KPC it's self, it's got the best sea view . specially when the tankers, ships and Barge. and also there is a huge sliding fountain, and when the weather is amazing the swans and bird are all around :) regards F
